Both serve up to two guests. The 10 LPM gives more oxygen per guest (up to about 5 LPM each) and higher delivery pressure (18–20 PSI vs. 15 PSI). It also starts with more supplies (300 nose tubes vs. 100).
Does it need a separate delivery station?
No. Generation and delivery are built in.
Can guests choose aromas?
Yes. The O24U runs one Oxy/Aroma at a time, and the canisters switch easily between sessions. Aroma-free sessions are also an option.
Can I move it?
Yes. Rolling wheels and an upright design make it easy to reposition.
